2.5 Account Non-Transferability. Your jl163 account is personal to you. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise deal with your account or any funds, credits, or entitlements within it to any third party.
3.1 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl163 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You agree not to disclose your credentials to any third party and to notify jl163 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account.
3.2 Account Activity. 3.4 KYC Compliance. jl163 is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws to verify the identity of its players. You agree to cooperate fully with identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) procedures, including the timely provision of government-issued identification documents such as a Philippine National ID (PhilSys), passport, or driver's license. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is completed.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jl163 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the Platform, which currently include GCash, Maya / PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Available payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Currency. All transactions on jl163 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jl163 does not accept or process foreign currency deposits.
4.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Deposits and withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits as published on the Platform. These limits are subject to change and may vary based on the chosen payment method and your account's KYC status.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the completion of KYC verification and the absence of any pending investigations or holds on your account. jl163 targets processing of standard withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform but does not guarantee processing within any particular timeframe.
4.5 Source of Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your jl163 account are from legitimate sources and that you are not depositing funds on behalf of any third party. Deposits from funds connected to criminal activity will result in account suspension and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities.
4.6 Withdrawal Restrictions. jl163 reserves the right to require that a deposit amount be wagered at least once before a withdrawal is processed. Funds deposited but not wagered may be subject to withdrawal restrictions in accordance with anti-money laundering compliance requirements.

5.1 Game Rules. Each game available on jl163 is governed by specific game rules published within the game interface or in an accessible rules section. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with applicable game rules before participating. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific game rule, the specific game rule shall prevail in respect of that game.
5.2 Acceptance of Bets. A wager is accepted only when jl163's system confirms its recording. A bet confirmation displayed on your screen constitutes the official record of your wager. In the event of a server malfunction or communication error, jl163's records shall be the primary reference for resolving disputes about bet placement.
5.3 Cancellation of Bets. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended except where game-specific rules expressly provide for a cancellation window. jl163 reserves the right to cancel any bet that was placed in error, was based on a technical malfunction, or where odds or payouts were published incorrectly due to manifest error.
5.4 Return to Player (RTP). Slot games and other RNG-based games operate with published RTP percentages. Actual results in individual sessions may deviate significantly from theoretical RTP, which represents a long-run average. RTP is not a guarantee of short-term results.
5.5 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer game results are final once the dealing round has been completed and results declared by the dealer. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live dealer game, jl163 will apply applicable house rules to determine the outcome of that round.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and free credits are typically subject to wagering requirements — a specified multiple of the bonus amount that must be wagered before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiple, eligible games, and time limits are published in each promotion's terms.
6.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Players are entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim the same offer more than once through duplicate accounts or by misrepresenting player information is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings.
6.4 jl163 VIP Program. The jl163 VIP program is governed by the specific terms of that program as published on the Platform. VIP tier status, cashback rates, and rewards are determined by jl163 in its sole discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.
6.5 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. jl163 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Any such modification will not affect promotions already claimed and actively in progress by players.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jl163. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all funds in the account:
8.1 Platform Content. All content on jl163.app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game code, and the Platform's overall look and feel, is the property of jl163 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.
8.2 Limited License. jl163 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any Platform content.
8.3 Game Software. The games offered on jl163 are provided under licence from third-party game developers. All rights in the game software, including game mechanics, graphics, and audio, are retained by the respective game developers.
Your privacy is important to jl163. The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by the jl163 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By using jl163, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl163's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl163 account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 Exclusions. jl163 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from your use of the Service; (b) losses attributable to your failure to safeguard your account credentials; (c) losses caused by events beyond jl163's reasonable control, including force majeure events, governmental actions, or third-party service failures; (d) the content of third-party websites linked from the Platform.
11.4 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk, that you may lose money, and that jl163 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through gameplay on the Platform. You participate in gambling activities at your own risk and with your own funds.
12.1 Termination by You. You may close your jl163 account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance (after deducting any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified withdrawal method, subject to KYC completion.
12.2 Suspension by jl163. jl163 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) jl163 is required to do so by PAGCOR or another regulatory authority; (c) your account is subject to an active fraud or AML investigation; (d) your account activity creates legal or regulatory risk for jl163.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination for breach of these Terms, jl163 reserves the right to forfeit all funds in your account, including real-money balances derived from or associated with the prohibited conduct. Where termination is for reasons unrelated to player breach, real-money balances will be returned as described in clause 12.1.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 PAGCOR Complaint Mechanism. jl163 operates under PAGCOR's regulatory framework. Players who are unable to resolve a complaint directly with jl163 through our internal support process may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's published player complaint channels.
13.3 Internal Dispute Resolution. In the first instance, disputes should be directed to jl163 customer support via Live Chat or email. jl163 will acknowledge complaints within two business days and endeavour to resolve them within 14 days. If you are not satisfied with jl163's resolution, you may escalate to PAGCOR as described in clause 13.2.
jl163 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment materially affects player rights or obligations, jl163 will provide reasonable notice through a prominent notice on the Platform, by email to registered players, or by other appropriate means. The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms will be revised to reflect the most recent amendment.
Your continued use of the jl163 Service after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Service and may request account closure in accordance with clause 12.1.
